Great question!

We know there are a ton of hard seltzers and they all start to blend together. Livvy, on the other hand, is pretty different: 1) it’s better-for-you with a blend of mighty botanicals like ginger root and prickly pear extract in every sip and 2) tastes amazing with wine as its boozy base (not malt or sugar) and real fruit juice for taste (not chemical “flavors”).

We also use NO added sugar or other chemical additives that other seltzers include.

We weren’t happy with the underwhelming taste - especially the aftertaste - of hard seltzers. Almost all of the big guys get their alcohol from malt or cane sugar. We knew we could do better, so we use a premium grape wine for our base, which is a major part of the incredibly smooth, too-good-to-be-true taste that we know you’ll love.

Unfortunately, due to the government’s definition of “natural flavors”, they can actually be anything but natural. More often than not, these “natural flavors” contain synthetic solvents, preservatives, emulsifiers, and carriers.

You’ll find no mention of “natural flavors” on our ingredients list as a cheap flavoring - just real fruit juice. Because juice is better for you than “flavors” and tastes a whole lot better.

Nope! Livvy has 0g added sugar. We only use real fruit juice and monk fruit juice as a natural sweetener.

Yes, you must be present to sign for your order with a valid ID showing you are 21+.

UPS will make three consecutive, business day attempts to deliver your order.

• They won't specify the time of delivery, but will specify the date(s).
• You can sign up for their free MyChoice service which can help determine the delivery time.
• If unsuccessful after three attempts, UPS will hold your order for five days at one of their local distribution centers. It will then be your responsibility to pick it up.
• After five days at the local distribution center, it will be returned to the shipper.
• An alternate delivery address or delivery date can be specified, but UPS will charge for this service.

Alternatives to consider when selecting a delivery address.

• Have it shipped to your place of work.
• Check out a local UPS store and ask if they will receive it for you (remember to say it will require a 21+ year old to show a valid ID and sign).
• Set the order up for "Will Call" after it has shipped. Once it arrives, you will have five days to pick up the order at the appropriate local distribution center. There is no additional fee for this.

Orders are shipped out the same or next day after they’re placed. For most US states, please allow 3-7 business days from the ship date for delivery.

If you don’t expect to be home (maybe you’ll be out of town), you can use our “Request Delayed Shipping” feature at checkout! After you enter your shipping address and are selecting your shipping option, you should see something that says “Request Delayed Shipping”. You can click that to select the earliest date you want your order to ship!
